Mobile App

To set up the mobile app, you will need to have a phone with an internet connection. Go to the app store (iphone) or google play store.

iPhone Portion: Go to the app store.

Hit Search at the bottom right. You will then type in “Microsoft Authenticator” and it might come up mid type.

It will be the second one listed with the blue lock icon with a person inside.

Click “Get” and download the app.

After the download is completed open the app

After opening the app, you will be prompted to unlock the authenticator using Face ID. If Face ID is not set up use iPhone password. If using Android devices use biometric ID like thumbprint or Face ID

Click on the add button in the upper right corner

After hitting the add button in the upper right corner you will see 3 options to add an account. Click the second option

After clicking the second option you are given the option to either scan a QR code or sign in with your school email.
