MFA Set Up

Step 1: Go to http://ssomfa.northampton.edu

Step 2: Login with your complete email and password. It must be the full email and not just the username or ID.

Employees will use the standard first letter of first name and full last name @northampton.edu
Students will use the standard format of fistname.lastname@student.northampton.edu

Step 3: After logging in, you will be prompted to verify login via text message, phone call or app.

Step 4: You will be prompted to create security questions.

After creating security questions, this is the next screen you will see. You can either skip and go to the navigation menu and do what you need or continue reading for an explanation.
